Private Beta

Beta Offer Terms

Last updated: June 2026

These terms explain the DueroBase Private Beta $99 / lifetime offer, the first 100 seats, the return to standard pricing, and the entitlement scope after payment. They supplement the Terms of Service.

Offer price

The first 100 paid Private Beta seats are offered at $99 / lifetime. After those seats are filled, the public price is planned to return to $199. Unless a checkout page states otherwise, prices exclude taxes, currency conversion costs, bank fees, and third-party platform fees.

Seat counting

The first 100 seats are counted based on successful payments, valid entitlement records, or manual review confirmed by DueroBase systems. Failed payments, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud risks, or duplicate payments do not count as valid seats.

If payment failure, duplicate purchase, or abnormal transaction behavior occurs, we may manually adjust seat counts and entitlement status to keep early seats fairly allocated.

Entitlements after payment

After a valid payment, you receive private-beta access to the DueroBase Playbook, the path to private source repository access, and early content updates related to the DueroBase engineering foundation and delivery methodology.

These entitlements are for one individual developer account. They do not include team access, client delivery rights, custom development, long-term consulting, guaranteed business outcomes, third-party cloud costs, or unlimited technical support.

Meaning of lifetime

Lifetime means continued access to the included Playbook and source entitlements while DueroBase operates that beta entitlement and related content. It does not mean DueroBase must operate every service forever, and it does not automatically include all future standalone products, add-ons, or enterprise offerings.

No refunds, disputes, and revocation

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital Playbook and source access, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or activated, as described in the Refund Policy. If a payment dispute, chargeback, fraud review, or other payment reversal occurs, the related entitlements may be suspended or revoked, including Playbook access, source repository invitations, and future member status. Duplicate payments may be handled through manual consolidation or other case-by-case correction.

If you believe your entitlement status is wrong, contact support@duerobase.com with your payment email and Stripe receipt or relevant order information.

Changes

We may adjust future pricing, entitlement descriptions, and delivery format based on product validation, compliance requirements, or operations. Valid paid beta entitlements will be handled based on the core commitments shown at the time of payment.
