Service scope

DueroBase provides AI-native product delivery methodology, engineering foundation documentation, Playbook content, example source code, and private-beta access flows. The service is currently in Private Beta, and features, content, and access methods may change as the product is validated.

Private-beta access and account

Private-beta access may require submitting an email, passing manual review, redeeming a one-time invite, and signing in through Magic Link. You are responsible for submitting accurate contact information and protecting your email and sign-in links.

The current paid beta offer is for one individual developer account. Team, agency, company-wide, or multi-seat usage is not included in this version.

We may suspend, revoke, or restrict access if we detect abuse, impersonation, service disruption, Terms violations, or payment anomalies.

Payments, no refunds, and entitlements

When paid checkout goes live, pricing, entitlements, the refund policy, and seat rules will be governed by the pages shown before payment, the Refund Policy, and the Beta Offer Terms. Stripe will process payments, receipts, and required payment information.

Because DueroBase provides non-returnable digital access to private Playbook content and source materials, payments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or activated. Payment disputes, duplicate payments, or fraud risks may cause Playbook, source repository, and other member entitlements to be suspended, revoked, or manually reviewed.

Playbook and source usage limits

Unless explicitly authorized, the DueroBase Playbook, private source repository, internal documentation, and beta materials are for the personal learning and implementation use of the individual account that received access.

You may not resell, publicly redistribute, bulk copy, remove attribution, or package private content as a competing template, course, database, or automation service.

Service changes and availability

DueroBase is early-stage. We may modify, suspend, or replace features, content, pricing, or access mechanisms. We will make reasonable efforts to keep core entitlements available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

If DueroBase later offers team, organization, or enterprise access, those terms will be published separately and will not be implied by this personal beta offer.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DueroBase provides methodology, engineering references, and software materials. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for evaluating compliance, launch, and commercial risks for your own business.

To the extent permitted by law, DueroBase LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party services.
