Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the payment and refund rules for the DueroBase Private Beta, Playbook, private source repository access, and related digital entitlements. It supplements the Terms of Service and Beta Offer Terms.

Digital products are non-refundable

DueroBase provides digital Playbook content, private source materials, private-beta access, and related member entitlements. Once purchased and access has been granted or activated, these digital products are considered delivered and are generally not refundable.

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. This applies to Playbook access, private source repository invitations, private-beta member status, and early content updates included with the entitlement.

Review before payment

Before paying, review the displayed price, currency, taxes, beta seat availability, entitlement scope, service limits, and this Refund Policy. Completing payment means you understand and accept DueroBase's no-refund rule for digital products.

If there is a conflict between the checkout page, receipt, or this policy, DueroBase will review the case based on the core price and entitlement commitments shown at the time of payment.

Case-by-case review

Duplicate payments, clear technical errors, access that was not successfully granted, or refunds required by law may be reviewed manually. Contact support@duerobase.com with your payment email, Stripe receipt, or relevant order information.

Manual review does not mean DueroBase promises a refund. If we decide to correct a case, we may use a refund, entitlement consolidation, invite re-send, or another reasonable correction method.

Disputes, chargebacks, and revocation

If a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud review, payment reversal, or Terms violation occurs, DueroBase may suspend or revoke related entitlements, including Playbook access, source repository invitations, member status, and future content updates.

During dispute handling, DueroBase may retain necessary payment, access, and support records for payment, accounting, anti-fraud, and compliance purposes.
